Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for any reason.

To initiate a return, contact us at fruitz.shop@outlook.fr with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For defective items, we cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or full refund.
